15,000 s.f. expansion project. Project cost: $3M. My role: PM for the project – oversaw all phases, including project requirements, planning, design/build contract negotiations, design, construction, inspections, and project closeout and City Council acceptance.

Observatory, Rancho Mirage, CA
Library Observatory Project. Project cost: $4M. My role: PM for the project – oversaw phases that included project requirements (which involved numerous fact-finding trips to established observatories), planning, prequalification of candidate contractors, design, bid process, and the early stages of construction. Recipient of the APWA Project of Merit award.
